All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in heavy-duty reinforced boxes. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat post using the included tool kit.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
Yes, we offer a lifetime warranty on all aluminum and carbon fiber frames for the original owner, covering any manufacturing defects under normal riding conditions.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
How do I choose the right frame size?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for better agility or sizing up for more stability.
Do you offer financing options?

Can I upgrade components at the time of purchase?
