At Cooly Bikes, we want you to ride with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the items back in their original shipping boxes, ensuring all tools, manuals, and components are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the bike at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
